Work out what a refund would be under the Neurobyte Technologies Billing Policy before you ask for one. The calculator runs the same arithmetic we run internally when raising a credit note, so the figure it gives is the figure we work to. It runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
What the calculator covers
- Cancelling before work begins: the deposit is returned in full at 10 or more business days' notice, half is retained at 5 to 9 days, and all of it under 5 days.
- Withdrawing mid-engagement: we retain the work performed plus a cancellation fee of 10% of the undelivered value, capped at the deposit, and credit the rest back.
- Ordering the wrong service: nothing is retained if we have not started, and only the work performed if we have, with the balance held as credit for 12 months.
- Requests after the deliverable was issued, duplicate or overpayments, and engagements cancelled by us.
The figure is an estimate, not a quotation. Where a signed agreement sets different terms that agreement governs, and the exact value of work performed is confirmed in the closing statement. See the Billing Policy for the full rules.
